Obama praises Australia's gun confiscation

The demographics in the US are much different. If guns were confiscated, crime would go through the roof...

Did he mention that Australia's homicide rate has decreased at a slower rate than the US's in that same time period while all other violent crime rates in Australia have increased?

This contradicts every statement Obama has ever made rallying for "even just the most minor regulations, and 'common sense ideas".
It shows simply that his end goal or wish is too disarm citizens of their second amendment rights completely.
