Need a lemon fish recipe

salt and pepper. grill whilst basting with butter. Keep it simple and you can't go wrong.

Butter, lemon, garlic, and a little of your fav Cajun seasoning. Baste it to med/rare...better grilled, but bake at 425 if you can't grill. Hit with the broiler for 45 seconds or more at the end to color it a bit. Great fish.

This. Fresh lemon fish steaks are so delicious. Keep it simple. I wouldn't go crazy on seasonings.

ETA: Lemon and garlic are not bad suggestions either

They about 2--2.5 " thick

Man, I do it by feel and looks. Shouldn't be more than 12, 15, or so minutes. Hope a chef can help. When the flesh is opaque all the way through, eat.
