I'm looking for a guy named Tamborella from LaPlace area who went with

my and my Dad to the '69 LSU-Auburn game? (As as aside from the current thread about your first Tiger game).
He should be around 53 or 54 now?
I think he was a state trooper's son.
I know it's a longshot, but thought I'd try..

I posted that I was at the 69 Auburn game and that it was Pat Sullivans Heisman year. After doing very little research, I discovered that I was wrong. He won the Heisman in '71. This was actually his 1st year as QB. And no, I'm not Tamborella. Sorry.

Yes apparently my Dad got the tickets from this State Trooper and we had to pick up his son in LaPlace on the way up to BR.
I know he said his last name was Tamburella or Tamburello, and I seem to remember Ben and Joey.....
