I'm so lonesome is the finest country song ever written. To put it in third place is a damn shame.

To put walk the line as number one is insane. I don't even know if it's a top 10.

If Keith Whitley doesn't have 2 songs in the top 10 then I don't give a frick.

Rolling Stone knows country like I know Iditerod Racing.

Yeah, I love Johnny Cash, and that isn't even one of his top 5.

Hard to argue with 9 of the top 10, but Walk the Line at #1? I mean I guess I see its significance being his first big hit, but he had so many other better songs.

I'd probably put He Stopped Loving Her Today at #1, and Dixieland Delight at #2.

I'll rattle off 10 real quick. Subject to change upon more thought being put into it and an effort not to repeat the same artist:

I'm so Lonesome- Hank Williams
My Favorite Memory- Merle Haggard
Choices-George Jones
I'm Over You- Keith Whitley
This Time- Waylon Jennings
Old Violin- Johnny Paycheck
Let Him Roll- Guy Clark
Good Ole Boys Like Me- Don Williams
Bojangles- Jerry Jeff Walker
Too Cold At Home- Mark Chesnut
