Fishing Charter in Lake Charles

Trying to organize a trip with a group at work...
(We call it the MRG, in response to the company's Women's Resource Group).
Probably planning on staying at one of the casinos Friday and Saturday night, fishing that day.
Any recommended charters/captains? Looking to do redfish/speckled trout.
