Wade draws flop foul on Ginobili, but it actually was a foul

The haters will do anything to believe that the Heat win only by nefarious means, but if you look at this video, it is clear that Ginobili swipes Wade's hand and forearm. Ironically, the ref was out of position and missed the actual foul, and the call he made was obviously based on the flop he saw. Nevertheless, Ginobili fouled Wade, and Ginobili was assessed a personal foul on the play, and anyone who argues that Ginobili did not foul Wade on this play must be blind.

I'm a Heat fan and that was not a foul. Hand is part of the ball in that situation. It was a flop and he should be fined.

Flopping happens is every game, by every team.
Does it suck? Yes.
Does the NBA need to do something to address it? Yes.
But in the mean time, everyone needs to accept it. As frustrating as it is, it's part of the game right now.

I HATE the fact that the ref blows the whistle because he sees Wade's reaction but not the actual foul. Regardless if its a foul or not, it should not be called unless the refs see the foul.

Wade definitely flopped. Probably wouldn't make an impact on the outcome of the game, but it was quite obvious that he flopped. I agree that he should be fined, but we all know that's not going to happen.
