When does it make you retire your fighter in UFC Undisputed 3

Hey guys, I have a fighter who has a record of 20-2, current Heavyweight champion, inducted into HOF, and already fighting in Pride matches. He's only 23. When exactly does it make you retire?

after 48 fights i think, regardless of age.. its been a while so i could be wrong

I researched a bit and a few sites said 29 years old and a few said 48 fights.
