Where does he land and who are the Pens looking for to replace a guy that consistently had the team in the playoffs year in/year out and was an olympic coach?

I can't figure out if the Pens were trying to screw disco Dan by delaying his firing or just keeping the Caps from hiring him. Either way, it was a total dick move to the winningnest coach in team history. Why jerk around the guy like that so he can't get another gig?

He'll sit out a year, maybe work in TV, and get his pick of jobs in a year.
