Last video with the cop screaming is the Murder of Kyle Dinkheller
Andrew Brannan is still on Death Row and is currently going through an appeal for ineffective counsel. Brannan v. Humphrey

Brannan was shot and wounded in the abdomen by a bullet fired from Dinkheller's sidearm. Despite the wound, the perpetrator, Andrew Brannan, was able to kill Dinkheller and flee the scene; he was discovered the next morning hiding in a sleeping bag beneath a camouflage tarp in Laurens County, Georgia, by police, and arrested for the murder of Dinkheller. Brannan pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, but the jury found that the murder of Dinkheller was carried out in a torturous and cruel manner.[1] Brannan was found guilty of murder on January 28, 2000, and was sentenced to death on January 30, 2000.

I know its fun to crap all over the police and everything, but this video showed just how dangerous and serious their job really is. Everybody loves to talk about how officers could not succeed at any other career out there. Well, let's be honest here, how many of us could do their job?
The 1st was so sad. The guy obviously deserved to get shot, but can you imagine walking outside and seeing your loved one get shot dead right in front of your eyes. The last one really got to me, hearing the screams of the officers. WOW is all I can say

The very short clip of the cop shooting through the windshield while sitting on the hood and while the driver was trying to get away was freaking intense.

Yeah well cops get shite because their are so many bad ones who aren't there to protect & serve. They got bullied in HS and like to abuse our rights because of the power they have. It would be nice in society if it were easily distinguishable between a good cop and a bad one.
