Have an opportunity to get out and see a movie. This board came through a few weeks ago by recommending Captain America.

I haven't followed the whole X-men series of movies, and I was disappointed in the reviews I've seen from Godzilla.

Are these or anything else worth seeing, or should I just consider making other plans?

Go see Xmen. You don't need to watch any of the other ones. If you want, watch X2 and First Class first, but you don't have to.

Edge of Tomorrow

Or, "Chef", if you don't like sci-fi.

X-Men and Chef. My two favorites now in theaters.

XMen definitely.

Can't comment of EoT as I haven't seen it yet, but it looks enjoyable. Wish I hadn't seen the extended trailer for it before Gojira.

I liked Godzilla. It wasn't any mind-blowing but I was entertained for the entire time.

X Men and Capt. America 2 were both amazing. I give the edge to X Men but both are great.

I'll buy all 3 of these movies. Other than that, I can't really think of anything. Although I'd go see any of these again.

Took the lady to see the fault in our stars. I had no clue this movie was some sort of cult favorite for teenage girls, and I thought the trailer looked good when I saw it months ago. Good movie, but I can see it targeted more towards the younger crowd. I think the whole theatre was crying outside off because I'm a heartless bastard.

With that said, go see a guy movie if you decide to go haha. X-men looks pretty good.

Just got back from Edge of the Tomorrow and I highly recommend it. Great movie. I was scared it'd be Oblivion 2.0, or wayyyyy worse and be Elysium 2.0, but it was really damn good.

XMen-Capt Amer, both very very good
Edge of Tomorrow, surprisingly very good, not quite as good as the above 2 though, but worth admission
Godzilla, solid worth seeing, but not quite as good as the others

Haven't seen Maleficent yet so I cant report. I've heard mixed opinions though.

Chef is a small film, but really enjoyable for adults.

Million Dollar Arm is far better than I thought it would be...nice story, scenery in India, fish out of water shenanigans, Lake Bell...
