From a sexual fantasy point of view, just how good is the movie "Big"?

We all can agree that the movie "Big" is a classic. No debate.
But it really hits on childhood male fantasies about older women, and it does so in a magical and appropriate way while at the same time embracing sexual taboos.
While we're discussing this movie classic, we might as well assign an OT rating to Elizabeth Perkins:

If I'm not mistaken, I think he eventually loses his virginity in the movie. How do you explain the boob scene?
