17 unanswered runs the past 2 games

We scored first in both games. After jumping to 4-0 and 2-0 leads we were out scored 5-4 and 12-2. Unfathomable.
2 seasons in a row we lave lost 2 games in a row in order to be eliminated from post season play. Everyone knows all of this, but where was the fight, heart, passion, or tiger pride?

Guy at the game leaving in the 6th...wearing his LSU baseball jersey, camo cargo shorts, and flip flops:
"I've had it with that idiot from Notre Dame!!!"

LSU fans are always searching for this abstract shite. The bats aren't consistently there. That's been the problem. All the pride in the world doesn't help a weak hitting team.

I'm sorry but the "bats not being there" is a horrible excuse for 17 unanswered runs. We didnt even chip away.

Yep, it's just pathetic that they didn't even plate a single run after Houston's big inning. Maybe we should hire the Houston hitting coach, they sure seemed to know how to hit line drives instead of routine fly balls.

We were talking about this in the stands- they seemed to hit EVERYTHING and hit it hard. Even their outs, even their strike outs, what few there were, felt like they were crushing it foul left and right all three games. They had our number this weekend (or just struck gold on their batting for the weekend).
Either way, I hate going like this. If we played well, they played well, and we just lost then that is one thing, but like this?

Look. Bottomline, it always falls on the Head Coach. That's his job. If the pitching/hitting coaches need to be replaced, he hopefully replaces them. Also, his girlish hissy fits in front of his men don't help.
This one is on CPM. We pay him a lot of money and IMO something needs to change, but he's done well enough for me understanding nothing changing.
Javi is a place where I'd like to see us throw some dollars and bring in the nations best.

When a team scores 16 runs in the final 13 innings of a regional doesn't that say as much about our pitching as it does their hitting?
