I just connected my laptop to my Smart tv but it is saying no signal. Is there something I need to change or switch?

Is it plugged in with an HDMI cord? TV on the correct input?

you have to switch inputs to that HDMI channel

Well my smart tv doesnt have a web browser to pull up watchespn and it is not one of the selection of apps if thats what you are referring to

Make ure your laptop is set to output via HDMI to the tv
