What? The years you went to college? I'm sure never. At least not in your mind.

Everything from the Cajun Turkey to the Hot Sausage to the Pastrami was just gold. That turkey was the only sandwich I didn't mind with some lettuce on it. However, my enjoyment didn't change with the new ownership.

Same here. An am mart sandwich and a flat of natty light tall boys for under $20

Many Saturdays spent with this combo.

It all went downhill when the Koreans took over. Fat Korean cashier chick did keep the free candy tradition going for a while.

I thought it was fine from 2007-2011

Still tastes pretty good to me. Had a roast beef on wheat with a 32 oz. Diet Dr. Pepper the other day. It was glorious. I do miss the chubby cashier girl though.

She had a knack for remembering names/orders.

Karen always set me up right.
Cajun turkey 3x per week. Still one of the best deals in town for $5.
She even would order me a case of vitamin water they carried that winn dixie and Albertsons didn't.

Never got the love for this place. Deli meat smashed on a crappy piece of bread and covered in an enormous amount of mayo.
Best thing about going there for a sandwich was the 50oz drink for 50 cents, or whatever the size/price was.
You mean the creepy rapists?
"Wudyooooo like summmmm jollllyyyyyyy ranchersssss uuggghhhhhhhh yyyeeaaaaa. Let me put kahndy in yo bag for you little girlyyyy droooollllllll"

I know, I used to walk up there from Leigh's cove condos pick all that up and sit by the tiny little pool all day. Looking back it seems like that's about all I did

that Iranian guy and the parrot was funny as schitt. I lived next door for a year and had many of the Cajun turkey sandwiches, good times.

I hadn't gone in forever and she still remembered my name. Her sister was pretty

Dated a girl that lived in Beau Chene during that time frame and Am Mart was a frequent stop. Loved that Cajun Turkey.
Good memories of a much simpler time.
