Since no one has put it out there yet, I really felt someone should. We get on base and reak havoc. Big bats in the middle of the lineup put up runs in bunches. And we have the best pitcher in college baseball. I don't think anyone is beating this team.

This team is better than last year. It feels much more like 2009, when we had Ranaudo and Coleman with everyone else in the lineup starting to hit when we got to regionals.

Did you say we wreak havoc on the bases? We blew four outs on the bases tonight. 2 caught stealing, one picked off at first, one rounding first base too far on a single and the catcher threw us out at first.

At least one of those was bullshite. The double steal was dumb in my opinion. I can't remember who got thrown out at 2nd but that was a hell of a throw by Houston's catcher.

Hit and run but the pitch was in the dirt

Yeah, that one where laird got thrown out looked like a terrible call. Dont mind stevenson trying to take 2nd with 2 outs.

The double steal was dumb.

The bad bunt caused one out, not bad base running. I didn't count at one.

Stevenson was thrown out at third on a botched hit and run.

The 2009 team was really freaking good all season. Way better than this team played all year. But 2014 is hot at the right time.

Stevenson was also caught at 2nd.

There was no good replay of the Laird play at 1st. It looked like the bag was blocked and he was tagged before he got there.

He was back in time.. but he never made it to the bag.
