Lots of pics in link. Gonna be a badass place

Has to be the best for their level. Wonder if this gives them a leg up if conference realignment comes up again

Are they refurbishing Coog High's stadium or is it a brand new one?

I always thought they were updating that is why they went to Reliant this season.

As long as they are decent. In the past 8 years or so they've had some real good teams and sold it out quite a few times. The old stadium held 32,000 with a record crowd of 37,000+. And that place was a DUMP in its later years

The exterior looks a lot like the renderings for the new Tulane Stadium

i hope their concrete doesn't crack... it looks like they want to be beasts and win some titles after the power 65 split... if the big XII wanted them they'd be there already

Houston's high watermark as a major sports program was 30 years ago, when they won the Southwest Conference Championship in football four times in their first nine seasons in the conference. But that plus even their storied basketball program couldn't help get them past the velvet rope to a better conference when realignment started.
