It's shown between games. Other than that it is only provided as an online channel.

On cox the name of the channel is CXGLB if u can search that maybe u might find it.. Hope this helps

Bases Loaded channel is available on ATT Uverse in Houston and it's great.

It is not.
I would think when DTV re-ups their ESPN/Disney contract, which will include adding WatchESPN, they can look at this. Putting Based Loaded would be a nobrainer. But, they have all those extra channels for sports packages... I could see them putting all the ESPN3 games on there as well.
