Going to Cotton to celebrate the 29 years Mrs O has failed to pull the trigger and divorce my arse. I can't figure if she's more tolerant or bullheaded...I think it's the latter. I think I'll get a fish dish.

Jones is grilling bone in ribeyes.
I'm making Asian roasted brussel sprouts and baking oysters with the drago's charbroiled sauce recipe.

Bought the most adorable ramekins from sur la table for it.

Congrats, to you and Mrs. Oteece! Have a great meal.

I'm hoping we'll go out somewhere, as well, but I'm looking for "casual enough so that I can go with bad hair, but still have good food."

Burger bar- cheddar and/or bleu cheese

With special condiments including: roasted garlic mustard, remoulade, smoked paprika aioli, homemade pickles, andouille and whatever else strikes my fancy. Forgot the red onion marmalade too

Side of grilled corn with lime and cojita cheese

So you settled for sushi at home.

Y'all could have joined us at Coyote Blues.
