both their top relievers threw, but 0.1 IP and 1.0 IP. nothing that will prevent them from throwing tomorrow.

Houston has tons of pitching left after winning with their 5th starter today.

and to be clear, that 5th starter only went a couple innings. Robinson, who is a pretty good reliever, went 6.2 i think it was and 90+ pitches so he is the only one not available.

It was a fortunate break that their #5 guy just happened to be Brant's kryptonite.

The relievers didn't come on until the 9th inning.

One poster says the starter only went 2 innings.

Another poster said the starter was Bryant's kryptonite, and the relievers didn't come in until the 9th.

I'm having a hard time piecing this together

Of course it matters. We have to beat them twice.

Will they throw Garza or Lemoine against us today?

ETA: NVM, it'll be Garza

Stolen from Astro's thread. This should answer all questions about who they threw. Huston did not throw a starter.

2.0 Fr. RHP Andrew Lantrip (12 app, 6-0, 1.40 ERA, 38.2 IP, 24 H, 6 ER, 5 BB, 32 K, .174 OBA, 0.75 WHIP)
6.2 Jr. RHP Jared Robinson (20 app, 4-1, 1.72 ERA, 31.1 IP, 23 H, 6 ER, 12 BB, 26 K, .204 OBA, 1.12 WHIP)
0.1 Sr. RHP Chase Wellbrock (20 app, 4-0, 12 saves, 1.15 ERA, 39.0 IP, 33 H, 5 ER, 5 BB, 33 K, .241 OBA, 0.97 WHIP)
1.0 Sr. LHP Tyler Ford (24 app, 8-0, 4 saves, 1.26 ERA, 64.1 IP, 41 H, 9 ER, 5 BB, 43 K, .182 OBA, 0.72 WHIP)

As others have stated, the only pitcher on their staff who has been used up for the weekend is Jared Robinson. Their top 4 starters and all relievers. other than Robinson, are available for the weekend.

Comparatively:
Poche 6.0
Person 1.0
Fury 2.0

We probably won't see Fury or Person today and Poche is done for the weekend.
