I have no problem beating sense into the dumb arse....BTW hold old was the CHILD? If the dumb frick shot someone would he be tried as an adult? Well he just shot someone with a Biological Weapon(SPIT)...and the officer used necessary force to keep the now ADULT from continuing his spraying of a WMD.
