Nice restaurants on an expense account.

Obligatory "one of these (places) is not like the other..."
I am curious what is suggested for Beaumont.

Frankies Italian in Beaumont. It's not cheap and not expensive either. But it IS very good Italian food.

Sartins during lunch has all you can eat fried catfish and shrimp. But he's talking about food he can just expense out, so he probably wants more than Sartins.
Chaba used to be awesome Thai food, especially around 2006-2008. Last few times I've been, it's kind of been a letdown.
Tokyo, on I-10 (Washington Street exit) is still my favorite place for sushi rolls. They tend to not overload their rolls with a bunch of veggie crap. Big pieces of fish, shrimp and/or crab.
I would suggest there if looking for Beaumont's more impressive dining.
There's a place towards Downtown Beaumont called Suga's that was pretty dern good last time I went, which was about 6 years ago, granted.

America's or Fleming's in The Woodlands. Jasper's is good, but not as good as the first 2.
