I love when people think that talking to the "manager" is gonna make a sale go in their favor.
The truth behind it all is that the dealership only has just so much room to work with on the price of the car. Sure the GM will act like the nice guy but he also gets paid based off how much of your head can the salesman rip off.
You will probably walk out with a smile thinking "yeah we showed them", but in all actuality, they just ripped your head off and made a whole bunch of money.
Good luck though

Find Matt mckay's contact information. Email a professional note with your concerns. As I understand, he takes issues brought to his attention seriously.

Do you realize their parts warehouse is that very large building located behind All Star Chevrolet?
A 100 yard walk from the Chevy service department, 20 minute round trip drive from any of their other dealerships.

Either that they have to get it from New Orleans. I think Houston or Dallas is the next big warehouse.
