We should be proud of these guys. Hopefully we will see them on the tour adding to Toms, Petterson and Loupe.

The future is bright too. They're getting 4/5 lineup back and saw they had 3 golfers signed in the top 20 for 2015.

next year could be great as well, only losing Smylie off of the 5 that played in Kansas with 2 freshmen who were both top recruits. Bama loses 3 of their 5.

Yeah, Louisiana appears to be stepping up its game in golf talent. Shreveport has a ridiculous amount of talent considering its size.

Great job and GREAT to see, especially for those of us who root for all teams and recognize that while we cant win every year we should have teams that at least every 5 or so years have great runs in the SEC and or nation, sadly more than a few of our programs do not meet this criteria...mens and womens tennis (I know getting badly needed facilties), cross country (last in sec this year), womens golf (one sec champ ever none since 1991), swimming and diving, and some would say (I say this year was best ever so NOT being anti dd here) gym (no sec title since 1981)...To me that is too many medicore programs, but hey I also like the future for most of these teams and accept that football is and should be most important and there, we have a GREAT program (same in baseball and track)

I'll confidently say our women's tennis and gymnastics programs are on the rise. Tennis signed its best class in school history last season (15th) and gymnastics has been recruiting on an elite level since we snagged the UGA head coach who's famous for his recruiting. Difficult to just fire the golf coach when she's led the team to consistent top 20 seasons. Cross country is such a wash. Swimming will never be elite until we build a new natatorium. It's no coincidence our tennis and gymnastics programs are on the rise since we're building them new facilities.

I don't mean this in the way it might sound, but judging by the players Alabama is turning out and the winning they've done the past three years, they may have had to look for somewhere else to play besides Alabama.
