Rottweiler found in Shreveport - South Highlands area

A very friendly male rottweiler showed up on my street earlier this evening. We arent having any luck through facebook so I thought I would try the OT.
He had a collar without tags, a leash and a long dog-run cord attached to his collar. Hoping to find his owner.
