When did a 4 way stop become rocket science?

Coming out of my neighborhood is a 4 way stop that stays relatively busy during peak hours. What I don't understand is why every sing day when I pull up to the 4 way, some retard manages to screw up the rotation. It's not difficult at all. The last two days I've come close to getting hit because assholes decide to go without looking right when I'm in the middle of the intersection.

I hate people that can't drive.. Goin 40 in a 55 on a two lane road.. Stopping short of a light.. Letting everyone out in traffic.. Yielding at a yield sign when there is a turn lane for you to drive in after you yield .. That's just a few.. Oh and old people.. They should just stop
