I've hunted on 4-D ranch but it was on south west side of San Antonio not between Houston and San Antonio. Small private ranch, killed some really nice deer.

The 4-D Guest Ranch in Waelder? If so I went this past January. Top notch ranch and staff. I was invited on a work trip and was able to kill this red stag.

Thanks, I deduced it from you saying you went over for a work party and ended up downing a really nice red stag just by chance I guess.

Sounds like tough hunting...

Tell me, what was the farther walk. The walk from the camp to the truck you shot it out of, or the walk from the truck to inspect your kill?

I'm just busting his balls. That's a really nice Red Stag... that kind of "hunting" is just not for me though.

I went before Labor day last year and just hung out. I had a big oilfield group that was shooting pigs and such. I think somebody killed a audaod.

I had a blast getting shitty drunk and target shooting. Have fun and kill whatever, its no different than fishing in a stocked pond.

Its a lot of fun to see all those cool animals, its even funner to shoot one if somebody else pays for it.

I wish I coukld comment but my corporate policy prohibits me from doing so. Now, watching a client shoot them up is cool as shite too.

I got no problem with high fence killing, as long as when you are showing pictures or talking about what you killed that you are forthcoming about it being in a high fence, similar to going on a quail shoot with penned birds
