Good scope for under $200

Looking for any recs on decent scopes for under $200. It's going on a Handi rifle in .35 Whelen and won't be used for shots over 150 yards, so I don't need a Zeiss. Thanks.

Slapped one on the .308 last year. Rubbed the glass down with PurpleStuff anti-fog and no complaints.

my answer to that is, always get all you can get. reason being, if you need more, you got it.

pretty much covers all of life, as well.

prostaff 3-9x40.. i had one on a handi rifle 45-70 and one on my slug gun when i went to ohio.. it takes the recoil with ease and great scope for the money

you can get the Leupold VX-1 3-9 x 40 in that price range. Good scope for what you are planning to use it for.
