Is Victor Butler 100% yet?

Haven't heard anything about his health status. Obviously he's an unknown but still an instrumental part of what our Defense could be this season.
Any recent news on his recovery and is he a starter assuming he's healthy?

There really hasn't been much info released about Butler in a while. All I've seen was a post by Larry Holder saying he believes Butler is fully healthy but he didn't really sound definitive.

I've been bragging about getting Butler.... since last season... it'd be nice to know if he's going to suit up and play at 100%

I just researched Victor's stats, and I was surprised to see he only has 69 tackles in his entire career

He was a backup playing less than 25% of the snaps yet still produced a high number of sacks. Junior only has 60 tackles with 28 coming last season. He
PFF graded him extremely well. He was 14th in pass rush productivity in 2012

Exactly. Hard to see the field when you're sitting behind Demarcus Ware. He looked great when he was on the field. I'm hoping for some big production from him.

If Butler comes back healthy and plays as well as they hoped and if PRob can perform as a first round pick along with Vaccaro coming back and the other additions - good grief, this defense will be nasty.
Add Cooks to the offense and if Ingram continues his late season form and this could be an amazing team.
Lots of "ifs," but lots to be encouraged about, too.
