Everyone here will say mahoneys. It's good, but it also hasn't changed one bit in the last 20 years.

Some more modern and new great restaurants are:
Magnolia house at Harrahs (used to be grand casino)
32 at IP
Half shell in biloxi
Phoenicia garden in ocean springs

stay away from this place....
take a drive to ocean springs or down to the pass christian/bay saint louis area. Go to Baachus on the beach or Old Cuevas Bistro.
Baachus has a huge patio that over looks the Pass Yacht club.
The casino restaurants aren't bad as well....

i just eat inside either the beau or hardrock. Ive walked to mahooneys and its pretty good
