There must be about a hundred channels on my cable service that I don't watch. I was just scrolling through them today. Some could be interesting, but beats me if they really are.

So tell, me what are some recommendations (and their respective channels) for shows dealing with dining or cooking. They can be competition, demonstration, travel . . . whatever. I know I see a lot mentioned but I never really have tuned them in.

Which are truly worthwhile?

The up and down arrows on your remote change the channel. The plus and minus sign change the volume. You can go directly to a channel by using the numbers if you know the channel number beforehand.

As for what I watch, typically when I tune into the Food Network they are either playing Diner's, Drive in's, and Dive's or Chopped. Both of which I find entertaining.

That's about all I got. Hope I helped.
