I had a water geyser appear in my front yard this morning. It was in a line that I laid about 5 years ago to add a hose bib in a flower bed.

I thinking...WTF? Buried PVC doesn't break like that. Only thing driven over it was the ZTR.

Dug it up. The source of the geyser was a pristine 90 elbow fitting that I had totally failed prime/glue. It had held 50 psi water pressure for 4 years without leaking.

A testament to the wondrous qualities of PVC.

I had them clean and glued that came apart a couple times. When you have buckshot mud, is expands and contracts a lot.
