Had fresh flathead catfish fried with crawfish etouffee/cheese on top and a good salad. Drinking 7up.

Side note. The wife had to take me to the ER. Started having trouble to breath. Dam buffalo gnats screwed me up big time. Doing a bit better, but still have a shite load of swelling.

I don't target them often, but 2" live bream helps.

I've always heard small live bream and strong current are what you need.

I think people catch them in the atchafalya a good bit. Might have to go try that one day. I'm pretty damned good at dropping anchor and not doing shite for a whole day.

Me and my granpow used to catch catfish on the Atchafalaya River. With an old Colman lantern on a pole at night. We would wait for the bugs to swarm the light and land in the water. The catfish would come to the top and we would scoop the fish up with nets. Great times..

Nothing wrong with Natty light. I like the beer from Walgreen called Big Flats.

Ate about 10 pounds of the most arse burning crawfish I've ever encountered earlier and as a result, drank about a half case of miller in the process

Seriously...the water those things came out of...it looked like tomato to juice. My friends are assholes.
