Compared to series like Vikings, WWII in HD, Vietnam in HD, Engineering An Empire, etc.

Personally, I love it. Almost more than WWII in HD. I'm hoping that The World Wars stacks up tomorrow night.

It's a little too dramatic for me, but I enjoy it otherwise.

My favorite was The Story of US

I thought it was really good. Learned a lot more about those gilded age tycoons. My favorite History channel miniseries was Hatfield and McCoy's. That was the perfect role for Costner.

Not quite as good as WWII or Vikings in my opinion, but still great TV. For those who find the parts on Rockefeller interesting I'd highly recommend reading The Prize that talks about the history of oil in modern world.

I love it. However, WW2 in HD and Vietnam in HD might be the best things that ever ran on TV, much less on HC.

Any one else thing that J.P. Morgan had his dad killed? He died of a horse buggy accident right when he wanted to invest in electricity.
