Dear Donald Link, your food is awesome but your service sucks. UPDATED

Made reservations over a month ago for a party of 11 and a toddler. Arrived to find two round tables next to each other. Our party was split. What a great way to share plates. What a great way to make memories with family. What a great way to celebrate a joyous occasion. Did you ever tell us that this might happen? Nope. Not once during three phone conversations. You then tell us you aren't turning on your grill tonight. I was just at your restaurant last week and the waitress gave a speech about your amazing grill and we should order all the grilled items. Did you call us or post this on social media? No. Disappointing. Even last week your service was slow. Food didn't come out separated like it was supposed to. Disappointing. This time one table was served food on time while the other table didn't get their food for another 20 minutes. Disappointing. Been to Cochon multiple times. Never had a waitress with personality. It's like I'm bothering them by being there. The servers at Peche seem a bit happier but they still don't do a great job at describing the menu. There was no overview of the menu last night. None. Disappointing.

The service at Herbsaint is wonderful. Wish you could teach your other restaurants the same things that they are taught. I get they a different type but the point still remains.

Even thought I've typed all this out, I know it will make no difference. You still closed your $700+ check. Pretty sure my entire family will never return. You won't notice. You're beyond hot right now. I picked Peche, I bragged on Peche and now I feel like a fool.
