Thankfully we don't have people like him in Arizona but if one happened to migrate here and pulled some shite like that he would NEVER be released.

Richardson should be handcuffed to the wheel of the driver's seat of Mr. Darbenzio's cab. One of Mr. Darbenzio's male family members should place 2 bullets in the back of Richardson's head.
