It's a mini high end steakhouse chain

Going tonight with boss and wives. Company is paying so I can get whatever I want.

Any recommendations? I hear nothing but good things

It's Capital Grille, not Capital City Grill. Capital City Grill is mediocre at best.

You ought to add getting drunk as well to impress everyone. We all know your wife will.

Owned by the same company that owns Olive Garden and used to own Red Lobster.

I used to go to the one in DC a lot... Off the menu, but they will make a balsamic ribeye if you request it. I typically dont add any sauce or flavor to a good steak but I absolutely loved it this way.

Regardless... I always enjoy cap grille, just an upscale chain steakhouse like a ruth's chris or sullivans

Order whatever the off the menu special is. Often a tomahawk ribeye. Boss of a steak
