Exactly. The dude has a life outside of football. People need to get over it. This is worse than the "Reggie shouldn't be in the club at midnight during the off season" bullshite from a few years ago.

Either way, it's always good to see guys carry themselves in the right way off the field. I've been around players while out and about a good bit. Never had a problem seeing any of them "living life", but most of them have done it differently than Galette. I have never seen a player smoking or looking as disheveled as Galette was that day.

I kind of agree with you here, which is shocking. I was an athlete and I smoked in HS and freshman year in college. When I quit I played noticeably better, and I think it was a major factor in moving to the next level of play. If it's an occasional thing for him (during the off-season), it's probably not a big deal. If he smokes a lot, it affects him for sure, regardless of if he knows it or not.

Yeah, he's a liability in coverage and in the run game. He also over-pursued way too much for my liking in that first Seattle game, leaving us wide open for Russell Wilson to scramble. He seems like a dog chasing a car a lot of times.
