How Do You Report Tampering With A Medical Sample?

I'm sure I probably sound like Ryan Braun but here its goes. I went to do a drug-test for a new job and almost immediately got an attitude from the employee. She was annoyed that I left my ssn blank on the form and I said it is none of their business. I don't even have it listed on my license for security purposes. She then said I need you license. I said they already made a copy of it at the front desk. She then got an attitude and said well I need your license number.

I went to take the test and returned it to her only to be told I did not have enough of a sample. I was annoyed and went back to the waiting room and asked for some water. I drank 3 small cups and when I asked for another they said they aren't allowed to give more than 3. Then how do you expect people to pee? I told them I was ready after 20 minutes and an hour passed and I was still not called back so I asked to speak to the manager.

I said how I drove 30 minutes here and had to cancel appointments with clients because this ate into my lunch time. I said I used to administer 9 and 12 panel drug tests at my old job with less urine. "Well that's not how we do it here, sir". She was really snooty about it and I said I was going to call the job to tell them that they have terrible customer service and need to refer future employees to a better location. "You do that".

When I called, they told me they were told an hour ago that I failed my test. I said what are you talking about? They said I need to wait to try again. Apparently, they kept me in the dark and without informing me called them and claimed that I had a cold positive test meaning my sample wasn't body temperature. There is absolutely no way that is possible because it came out of my body. I think the bitchy lady with an attitude tampered with my sample.

The human resources lady said if you fail a test, the job offer is terminated. I was livid and asked to speak to the boss. I talked to her and she couldn't understand what happened. Apparently, they called the employer saying I wasn't compliant, hostile, and stormed out. I never once left the building. I never cursed or even raised my voice. Yeah I had a tone but who wouldn't? She said that sounded nothing like me. She called them to tell them to give me another test.

I ended up being at the place for 2.5 hours before I finally got to pee. Only this time I had to be watched and a guy stood there making sure I didn't do anything fishy. It was so demeaning. Anyone know who I can report them to for tampering with a sample?
