Looking online and I see some creative ideas but I want something to spice up just your plain ground turkey formed into a patty

cayenne pepper for some spice

Any particular reason you want a turkey burger rather than beef?

Just use 93% lean ground beef.

Seems pretty simple.

I just sprinkle some Tony's on both sides the few times I've made turkey burgers. Dress it with some sauteed peppers and onions and some cheddar on a good toasted wheat bun.

Normally I do, but turkey is also cheaper so I can buy it in bulk and freeze

I was wondering because you see tons of people substituting regular ground turkey for ground beef trying to lose weight when it has just as much fat.

Not sure this does, I mean I didn't look at the label specifically to compare it to the 93% but it is healthier than the normal 80/20 we buy

Those things are a pain. They are so bloated with broth, they shrink to almost nothing when cooked. Even worse is trying to handle them if they are thawed out. The fall apart.

Butterball makes a much better turkey burger which actually tastes like turkey. Only problem is that the BBall burgers are LOADED with sodium.I think about 800mg per burger.

Use an egg, a little bit of garlic powder, a splash of worcestershire, and some shredded sharp cheddar. I usually dress it with tomato and a little spicy mustard on an onion roll/bun.

We use an egg, a little Dale's steak seasoning and some montreal steak seasoning.

Don't over do it, you will have a salt overload.
