Fellas I just got an email this morning stating that I have advanced in the application process for Phillips 66 Operator position. I am now slated to take this "battery of tests". Does anybody have any experience with these tests from Phillips 66 or have a clue what they might entail?

a battery is made up of a catcher and a pitcher. they are oft referred to as "Battery Mates"

It's gonna have a bunch of questions on it.

Mechanical aptitude and personality test I would imagine.
ETA: if you bitched because the LEAP test was too hard then you are fricked.

Operator
Basic computational skills (ie. can you write, can you add, etc.)
Being an operator is a fairly simple position so they aren't going to inquire about nuclear science brah
Good luck.

Operator position
You will need a much higher post count than 3623 to get an Operator position. That's like the big leagues of OT lore bro
Expect questions on the tests to be like:
WYHI
WOWYHI
WYHIWTBBOHH
WYHIISWAM
PICS or GTFO
etc.

Neither of those chairs have the OSHA mandated neck support for safety naps.

Most of the tests I've taken, that haven't included P66, have consisted of basic math/algebra, mechanical aptitude, and a personality test.
P66 is where I want to be at, but they won't be hiring for a year here in LC. I have an interview in Mont Belvieu next week and another test for ChevronPhillips next week.
Good luck on your tests!
