Apparently Mazen's and La Truffe aren't Top 20 good. Great job SWLA voters in promoting Outback and Texas Roadhouse.
Top 20

Pitt Grill in the top 20?
That's the equivalent of IHOP. It really must suck over there.

Mazen's and La Truffe
If you're voting Texas Roadhouse as a top restaurant, then you probably can't afford either of the two.

Im actually surprised the little Wal Mart deli didn't make the top 20?

The Convention & Visitors Bureau should never publish a list like this on their website.

The chains are embarrassing but Casa Manana being number #2 is the biggest offense IMO

Logan's and O'Charley's in the top 10 and there's a guy from Lake Charles laughing at my dislike of bagels.

Having Luna's on there speaks volumes as well. Over-hyped in that area for the quality in my opinion. But I guess it's "hip".
Then again, let's be honest, there really ain't shite in Lake Charles for high quality food options.

Rough list excluding Mazen's, La Truffle, Zeus & Cousins.
Botsky's Hot Dogs are deservedly over some there.
O'charley's bein on there over MacFarlane's is laughable.
I would believe traveling diners enjoy Steamboat Bill's as well. Considering its a tourism site.
Whomever is in charge of posting that, needs a responsibility re-evaluation or some educated guidance. Pitiful

The old Pitt Grill on the corner of Ernest and Prien Lk Rd was pretty fun at 3 am. KD's diner is in that location now and they turn out some solid food.

It's been quite a while since I've been but Luna's grilled tuna salad was IMHO very good.
But this list doesn't surprise me in the least... Lake Charles is like the black hole of decent restaurants. I just don't get it.
