How much unused cap space is allowed to be transferred to a following season? Tis what i want to know.
Edit:
On Graham, he's counting $7m now and if signed long term will likely be that amount or less this year($5m cap hit may be a good estimate).
If he wins the WR tag or even a split tag we will have to restructure someone(most likely Brees or Evans). I don't see any more cuts coming to clear cap room.
