Third, I've directed Rob Nabors to conduct a broader review of the Veterans Health Administration, the part of the VA that delivers health care to our veterans, and Rob's going to Phoenix today. Keep in mind, though, even if we had not heard reports out of this Phoenix facility or other facilities, we all know that it often takes too long for veterans to get the care that they need. That's not a new development. It's been a problem for decades, and it's been compounded by more than a decade of war. That's why when I came into office, I said we would systematically work to fix these problems, and we have been working really hard to address them.

Seven years and tons of veterans dead. Might want to hurry up the fix Mr. President.

How many dying veterans did he save while playing golf?

I'm insulted that he actually believes the "It's Bush's Fault" narrative will work on us.

I mean seriously Barry.

It's "jobs saved or created." Forget about the dead vets and concentrate on the vets who survived the VA.

I know that people are angry and want swift reckoning. I sympathize with that. But we have to let the investigators do their job and get to the bottom of what happened. Our veterans deserve to know the facts. Their families deserve to know the facts. Once we know the facts, I assure you if there is misconduct it will be punished.

I'm betting $5 it's all the fault of the rogue Cincinnati office and not a smidgen of incompetence will be found.

At least six of those years have been under his watch, and in two of those years his party had a majority of the House and a veto-proof majority in the Senate. Also, as Commander-in-Chief he could have mentioned bringing troops home, and thus forced a showdown with Congress about whether to continue funding war or cease funding war.

It is a problem no one could fix...and it is representative of where we are headed in all health care.

Obamacare will fail miserably, then the democrats will angle against health care providers and insurance companies as the culprits, and they will then pass single payer legislation - probably 10 or 12 years from now.

Then, everyone will get to experience the health care our veterans receive, if not worse because it is financially untenable.

Obama doesn't care.

If it doesn't make him or his political friends money or popular he doesn't care. Like all other Iraq era presidents he'd gladly bury the innocent to keep his bosses at the Dept of War (and its contractors) happy. All so long people don't notice he is personally shoveling these innocent peoples graves.
