I know it is kind of dumb but it is a fun way to try out vegetarian dishes. I had an Indonesian tofu curry this Monday that was really good. Anyone have any good vegetarian recipes ?

I understand alliteration is fun, but why not just eat what you want to eat on any day of the week. You can try vegetarian dishes on Tuesday if you'd like. Maybe Tofu Tuesday? Wheatgrass Wednesday?

Have you tried the website [link=(skinnytaste.com)]skinnytaste.com[/link]? They have some great recipes.

If you are really a 49ers fan, then get rid of that embarrassingly idiotic sig picture.

Insult to those two quarterbacks to include Kaepernick.

Mondays suck enough without cutting out meats.

Peche has a Curried Mussel dish with fried potatoes. It's insanely good.

I go meatless 2-3 days a week (at least). If you're new to vegetarian foods, check out Yotam Ottolenghi's column in The Guardian (UK newspaper). He's Israeli, cooks in London, and his veg foods are flavor packed, different, and use all sorts of international influences. LINK
His recent cookbook Plenty is great, as is his book Jerusalem (tho it's not veg).

I do meatless everyday lol. One of my favorite blogs is Oh She Glows... You should check it out. I think all of her stuff is vegan though. Check out her Cashew cheeze
