It just gets worse and worse with each new item that comes out.

I will say it doesn't make me want to see the movie any less than I do now.

Seriously. This is a headline I would expect to see on April 1st.

ETA:

I will admit, I was a fan of the Batsuit that was revealed last week.

Anything following Batman v Superman is a step up. It could be Batman v Superman: "We want Avengers Money" and I would think it was more clever than the Batman v Superman part.

That would be one of the worst titles ever. It's just the name of the last 2 movies from each. But even that is better than the current title.

I can deal with Dawn of Justice

But Batman V Superman is as bad as D-Wars.

I think the Avengers hits it on the nail because they all get about the same amount of screen love

For something that feels very Justice League prequel like, they have already alienated other fanbases.

There was already a perfectly good DC brand they could have used for this: World's Finest - I understand they want to springboard to a Justice League product, but you can still do that - in this movie - without the stunt title (and really close to Captain America: The First Avenger, don't you think?)

What fanbases have they alienated with this title?

They just ripped off The Dark Knight Returns. It seems as if they're determined to make this that comic, despite the fact that it makes no sense since Superman and Batman are just meeting here. I just don't think Snyder really gets why that comic works.

If you were a fan of any of the individual Avengers and went to see the film, your character was on screen about as much as any other lead.

Between 25 and 37 minutes with the exception of Hawkeye.

I don't think we will be seeing any of the other Justice League characters featured in this film for nearly the same amount of time as the Superman or Batman understandably, but I don't think that is going to work when a full blown Justice League film drops, it can't be the Superman Batman show then.

This has The Amazing Spider-Man 2 written all over it.

As far as strictly the costume goes, I don't see the problem with this. It's just a still image at this point though. It could look terrible in color and motion.

I can't see anyway a justice league movie could be good. that concept works for a cartoon when you are 8 or 9 years old. I don't see it working with live action "serious" scenarios.

I don't mind playing along with your troll persona but you have to try harder than this.

The Marvel characters can somewhat get away with this because a lot of the suit and costumes some of the characters where are "punk" looking and practical.

The DC characters, no matter how armored up you make them look, are very "pajama" looking in real life.

Yes, its just a simply combo but it also makes it east for the average Joe Blow to understand what this movie is about.

Batman is coming back from retirement b/c of Superman's emergence.

The only negative I see is it takes the name of an iconic Batman story that it likely would not come anywhere close to following.

not a troll. I love the cartoon justice leagues but it just comes off as cheesy as a live action.
