Amazon
Does anyone have any experience with this product or a similar foot roller? Does it aid in relieving plantar fasciitis? Ice, Ibuprofen and stretching arent working for me anymore.

You tried rolling your foot over a bottle of frozen water?

I have before but Im not consistent with it. I need to do it more, and now that you mention it, it's pretty much the same concept as this product.

That's what I was thinking when I saw it. Keep rolling every night for a few weeks. It worked well for me. It's just a pain in the arse to do it consistently.

Stop wasting money. You need very good support at the arches of your feet. Can get really good ones at New Balance store. That's all my husband uses and no problems since using them. I have had plantar fasciitis and thought I was going to need a walker before long. I wear Orthaheel shoes and no more problems. Both the good supports and Orthaheel are expensive but your feet are worth it.
Adding: Quicksilver makes flip flops that have great arch support built in.

Flip flops have long been forgotten by me because I cant wear them and honestly dont like them anymore. I do have arch supports. I have just about every type of arch support or orthotic you can think of. My next step is to go the the Hangar Clinic here in Lafayette and get a custom pair of orthotics molded to my feet. It just sucks having to transfer it from shoe to shoe constantly.

Do you wear the supports all the time? Sucks but it is necessary. I am hoping you are not wearing Dr. Scholls supports. Have you worn Birkenstocks? I need a rigid arch support. Anything made of foam or rubber doesn't work. My feet are so flat that they make suction sounds when I walk on tile floor! I wish you luck as I know how incredibly painful the condition is.
