WTF happened to the Ravens in GoTs???

Seemed like people would send ravens out like emails in the first three season.

No one has sent a Westeros IM in what seems like forever.

They're still around and sending them out. It just seems that this season has more independent storylines than the last.

I think the crows are just implied. We know word is spreading somehow quickly and crows would be the only logical conclusion. We don't need to see crows leaving and coming in to illustrate the obvious.

That's like asking if all the horses in Westeros were killed. There are thousands upon thousands of them and they completely depend on them for communication.
