Best chances in awhile compared to others that have won the first two.

I say he does it.

I think this is the 4th time in the last 10 years. This seems to be the best chance in recent years.

Very good shot at Belmont. It will at least be a fun watch in a few weeks.

He looks like Smarty Jones.
Hopefully he gets a better ride.

I'll never forget Sunday Silence / Easy Goer in 1989. The most exciting 3 races in my lifetime IMO.

It's tough. He's going to have so many good, rested horses shooting at him.
Horses just run a triple crown schedule, other than at the triple crown, in this day and age, in contrast to prior eras.

It didn't seem that the jockey or trainer seemed real confident...hopeful but not confident.

Why he has a very good chance: he has proven month after month that he IS the best three year old in the crop that is racing.

I don't think ANY horse in this crop is going to RELISH a mile and half.

Chrome is about as professional a racehorse as you can find. He listens to Espinosa without getting rank.

Why he can't: these are animals and not machines. He has been racing solidly for a year. A mile and half certainly will not be in his wheel house. I will be interested in knowing if the other jockeys end up ganging up on him like they did with Smarty Jones.

The trainer was joking with Bob Baffert after the horses left the saddling area. He wasn't worried that the horse wouldn't run his race. He is old enough though to know the best horse doesn't always win.

A horse will likely win the third race also.
