I hated him when he was on the Cubs,

It's amazing how a new uniform can change your attitude about a guy.

Hell of a first inning for the good guys.

Altuve leadoff single
Springer RBI stand up triple (laser beam to the top of Tal's Hill)
Fowler walks
Castro 3 run HR to right.
Matty D groundout 5-3
Krauss singles
Carter walks
Presley grounds out 3 unassisted
Marwin gets robbed out in Right

4-0 after 1. All 9 come to the plate.

For those of you with WGN, you can enjoy the Hawk's call of the game

he'll probably get pissy pretty soon with this start.

Chris Carter can hit the ball a long arse way. Too bad he fails to make contact most of the time.

I'll give Carter credit. I can't believe he didn't whiff at one of those 3-2 pitches.

It may be one of those days for Cosart. Sox were just missing in the first inning with a bunch of foul balls.
