Looks like the charter boats have had enough and are going to sue the bastards after all. That is all I can say at this time. If you hear of anyone considering doing the the same thing in Louisiana or Texas please let me know.

CCA and RFA should also jump in this

The lawyers are free, the experts on the other had are not cheap.

They might work for free upfront if they think they can get a cut of a civil ruling, but I highly doubt any lawyer is gonna work pro-bono on a case like this. The feds will bring the heat, and most of the experts are already in their pocket because most funding comes from federal grants.
